Hornman is the homegrown Alt-Pop brain-child of Carl Davies and Laurence Hill. The band is based between the quirky and musically vibrant town of Hastings and the creative powerhouse that is East London. Hornman began seven years ago when singer-songwriter Carl Davies started writing in his home studio, combining saxophone, keys and vocals, with an aim to create a more original authentic pop sound.
Laurence Hill on drums and percussion is Carl's main partner in crime and is a graduate of Conservatoire. Laurence draws on his orchestral and world percussion training to create tailored and layered live Pop and Dance Beats.
Hornman are currently working on their debut album and are collaborating with a production team consisting of Gary Bardouille, Freddy Frogs (Fastlane studios, Montpellier, France) and Duncan D (Goodtimes Music studios).
